Adjust the strap
Loosen the slide buckle and set the elastic strap so it fits comfortably around your head.
Place the eye cups
Set the contoured cups over your eyes. They leave about 0.5 in (1.3 cm) of room, so the padding is designed to sit around your eyes rather than on your eyelids.
Rest
Lie back and close your eyes. Take the mask off before you drive, walk around or operate machinery.

For hygiene reasons, you can return the sleep mask within 30 days of delivery only if it's unopened, in its original packaging. Email us first for a return authorization. You pay for return shipping.
